Inspiration: Jacqueline Guichelaar

Distracted while purging my desk for a move to a new spot in the office, I found myself flicking through an old copy of Computer Weekly. I came across this story about Jacqueline Guichelaar which describes how she went from being a computer tape operator in 1989 to becoming Chief Technology Officer of Enterprise Services for Deutsche Bank UK in 2007. This caught my attention as I too started my IT career as a computer tape operator in 1989!

Bono and Persuasive Content?

A chap called Kraig Kleemen got my attention today, whilst peddling his "Must-React System" for sales, he put this post into a Content Management forum on LinkedIn. In it he refers to a story about how he attracted the attention of Bono, with a targeted message during a chance meeting - which resulted him endorsing his product and writing a forward to his book.

Been a while since the last post and no this isn't yet another dead blog, merely resting, honest.
My focus over the last few months has been of transition from Mediasurface Morello CTO, through our companies acquisition by Alterian to my new role as VP Content Management Strategy - and suddenly those few months have turned into six!
